May 2nd, 2026 - Animal Embodiment

from $10.00

May 2nd, 2026
1 pm MT/3 pm ET
75-minute session
Online through Zoom

We have so much about embodiment to learn from our pets. They are brilliant models of how to be present. They feel things fully in the moment and let them ripple through to be released. They teach us about compassion, unconditional love, and so much more. This event is an opportunity to tap into the animal within us and learn through the wisdom of animals and our pets. This session will include some light and gentle movement and time for embodied connection with the community as we lean into the ways our pets can and have supported our healing and growth.

This event is a PAWS Partner event with Wild Familiar, founded by Rachel Gildman, who has generously agreed to help host this event to raise funds and awareness for PAWS.

PAWS fundraising events directly support the operations of Pause Animal Wellness Sanctuary (PAWS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal Sanctuary and Wellness Center.

All proceeds from these fundraisers go toward essential operational and care costs, including but not limited to software & technology, supplies, moving costs, caring for animals, etc. If you would like more information on our Fundraising Milestones, please click here.

After registration, you will receive a generic registration email along with a separate registration email that contains the Zoom link and general session information.
